We had a relaxing time during our 4-night stay. The location of Casa Los Jardines is quiet and incredible.- The villa is conveniently located adjacent to the lovely cliff walk.- It is just next door to Playa Chica beach and a local shop.- Close proximity to the old town adds to the convenience.

We had a comfortable stay in Puerto del Carmen near staff all very friendly, beach bars, and beach bars Nd restaurants. Thanks to affable staff we felt safe. Loved every moment there.

The apartment had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, which was perfect for us as trekkers who like to have control over our food choices. The washing machine in the apartment was a lifesaver! It allowed us to easily clean our clothes after a long day of hiking. The private entrance gave us a sense of privacy and made us feel like we had our own little home away from home. We loved watching our favorite shows on the flat-screen TV in the apartment. It was a nice way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to whip up delicious meals. It made us feel like we were professional chefs!

The tile/marble floor was a bit cold to walk on, especially in the mornings. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

We stayed 8 nights here, even so it was a nice experience. Its staff was amazingly friendly and amicable.

The location of this apartment is simply mind-blowing! It's just a short walk away from the beautiful beach and the charming old town. Plus, there's a convenient local shop nearby with reasonable prices. Although there's no swimming pool in the apartment complex, you can use the hotel's pool, and they even have a cheap bar poolside. The beds are super comfy, and the cleaning service comes every three days. Perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Loved everything about our stay! The apartment was jaw-droppingly huge with 2 spacious bedrooms and a super comfy corner couch. The kitchen was fully equipped with a kitchen table and even had an electric kettle for our tea. The balcony was mind-blowingly lovely, bathing in the sun all day long. The bathrooms were spotless, with a toilet, shower, sink, and an extra separate toilet. The staff at check-in were incredibly friendly, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. We visited the hotel's pool one day, which was super clean and surprisingly child-friendly. I'd definitely go back with my kids, the place felt incredibly safe for them. The location of the apartment was fantastic, right by Playa Chica and close to both the old town and the strip, with no big hill walks. The apartment itself was nicely furnished and well-equipped. The beds were seriously comfy. The maid was lovely and helpful, unlike the rude and unhelpful manager at the reception. The view from our balcony was absolutely fantastic, overlooking the well-maintained gardens and the sparkling sea beyond. The staff in the bar and reception were lovely, except for one slightly curt blonde lady. The cleaning staff and maintenance were fabulous, always promptly addressing any issues. The best part was the location, just a stone's throw away from the beach and the harbor. And did I mention the comfy beds? Definitely a super stay!
